Non-Refundable Items - Items that are made to measure, such as paneling packs, are not refundable. These are bespoke and personalized items. 

Conditions for Return - Returned items must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

Return Process - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. - Clearly mark the RMA number on the return package and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. - If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Costs - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Lost or Stolen Returns - We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during the return process. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
