Non-Refundable Items - Items that are made to measure, such as paneling packs, are not refundable. These are bespoke and personalized items.
Conditions for Return - Returned items must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
Return Process - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. - Clearly mark the RMA number on the return package and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.
